All of my parcels are sent with Royal Mail, where you can select the level of service you require at checkout. Returns and Cancellations
In the event that there is a problem with your order please get in touch with jennyknightstudios@outlook.com and I will do my best to rectify the issue. Replacements and refunds will be arranged where appropriate, on a case-by-case basis. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a fault/problem with the product.
